We’re looking for an experienced developer to join our localization development scrum team in Porto Salvo, Portugal.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• University Degree. preferably in an IT or a related discipline (computer science, physics, mathematics, business economics etc.) or another adequate qualification
• Overall Experience of 3-5+ years in SAP application development
• Good programming skills and experience in: ABAP/ABAP OO, CDS Views, BAdIs, BAPIs, IDocs, APIs, OData and SOAP APIs
• Experience in Business Suite applications like SAP ERP Financials/Public Sector
• Proven track record of successful project/product performance regarding customer satisfaction, quality deliverables and on-time delivery
• LEAN thinking
• Scrum / Agile development experience

As a Developer, you will be required to carry out the following tasks:

• Analysis and specification of business requirements
• Modeling, design, implementation, and test based on SAP’s programming model and processes
• Software quality improvements through application redesign. Write automated tests for quality assurance
• Maintenance and corrections
• Collaborate with other development teams and product management colleagues at Globalization Services who provide localization requirements.
• Responsibility to ensure high quality (create and execute test cases, reviews of specifications, design reviews, code reviews)
• Be an active part of an Agile (Scrum) development team
