Job Summary:
The Developer, Intelligent Automation will deliver resilient, scalable, and efficient automation solutions to business partners. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of automation development and implementation. They will also have a good understanding of UAT testing procedures and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with our IA Product Managers, developers, and process owners to translate the customer’s business requirements to define IA value proposition and solution scope
• Estimate the level of effort and work within timelines to complete automation projects
• Improve IA infrastructure and assets, growing capability and delivering high-quality solutions for client
• Help develop and implement best practices across the IA Center of Excellence

Requirements:

• 5 + years of hands-on experience in Kofax RPA/KTA, and a deep understanding of technology and implementation conceptsExperience with Kofax RPA 11.3.03 and KTA 7.10.0
• Experience with Python scripts and RPA
• Experience in supporting client-facing IA solutioning, and delivery, ensuring the right architecture is presented and implemented
• Experience in designing and implementing solutions on cloud-based platforms (preferably Azure) and or other cloud technologies
• Uses considerable judgment to refine solutions and seeks guidance on complex problems
• Previous experience in business analysis and process automation
• Strong problem-solving and design skills
• Exposure to attended automation and AI platforms including but not limited to MS Cognitive Services

Preferred to have:

• Experience in automating processes leveraging APIs in ServiceNow and WorkDay
• Experience with programming languages (SQL, Python, VBA, etc)
• Experience with other products within Kofax ecosystem (Insights, Analytics etc.)

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with an Information Technology emphasis strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of intelligent automation experience within a complex IT environment
• Experience working on transformational technology initiatives
• Experience applying project management best practices and design-thinking approaches
• Experience using key performance indicators, metrics, and data/predictive analytics to support planning, decision-making and continuous improvement efforts
• Experience working with abstract concepts in innovative ways to solve problems.
• Experience with consensus building to bring together opposing views and steering debates toward practical solutions and paths forward.
