Responsibilities:
- Establish a campaign delivery capability that is reliable, scalable and measurable in the execution of all campaign activities.
- Ensure seamless execution and deliveries of all campaigns across multiple channels, including integration into Salesforce and other digital mediums.
- Development of marketing automation campaign delivery framework, in the areas of automated and trigger-based campaigns and customer communications journeys.
- Identify and build data triggers for automated communications (e.g. journey entry events, decision splits, etc.) in the SFMC platform.
- Work in conjunction with Marketing teams to deliver and continuously optimise campaigns across the entire customer’s life cycle
- Act as RACV’s Subject Matter Expert in the delivery of all key communication workstreams in cross functional projects relating to deliveries in communications to achieve positive business outcomes.
- Ensure projects are completed accurately and within specified time frames
- Develop and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and external provider
