Description:
HOW WILL I HELP?
This role is part of the Infrastructure and Service Management team and liaises with Software Engineers and Business Analysts. As a Developer within the IT Operations Management (ITOM) portfolio, you will be responsible for the development of enhancements large and small to the ServiceNow platform. Working within an Agile squad structure, you will work closely with the aligned Product Owner, Business Analyst, Tech Lead, Software Engineer and other Developers to ensure that all development and configuration activity follow a consistent process and are of high quality, delivering a great customer outcome.
Your role will include:
- Work in an Agile or Scrum software development environment
- Work within the SAFE framework as part of a Release Train
- Work with BA’s, Scrum masters and tech leads to refine backlog stories and provide technical input regarding ServiceNow configuration, best practice and platform features
- Document detailed designs and estimations
- Use your technical skills to develop the solution and provide peer support and guidance
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the squad and overall release train.
