Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

With growth in our development pipeline across QLD, we have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Development Manager to support the production of our lifestyle residential communities (landlease communities) across the Wide Bay-Burnett region region. You will guide multiple projects at various stages of their lifecycle , working as part of our growing Development team and alongside our site-based Operations teams.
This role is ideal for an individual with experience in delivery of medium to large scale communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to, supervise and project manage current and proposed projects across the business including greenfield, integrated housing projects, and upgrade of existing manufactured housing estates
  • Deliver and track projects within agreed financial parameters
  • Deliver projects within approved budgets on-cost and to specification
  • For identified projects manage the tender and construction process and appoint and manage external consultants including project managers, architects, engineers, planners and lawyers
  • Coordinating and assisting with the sales and marketing of each project/stage with the internal or external sales team
  • Building feasibility models within Estate Master and ongoing reporting of these feasibilities and cash-flows
  • Monthly preparation of individual project development reports including forecasted completion cost against budget and adopted feasibility, construction and program and sales and marketing position
