Summary
The “C-Band 3D” department is looking for a “Development Engineer Power Electronics & Automation (f/m/d)” at the Ulm site as soon as possible.
The department primarily deals with radar systems and works on sub-projects with a focus on electrical engineering and automation technology

Your Tasks

  • Comprehensive support for the radar system, starting with the preparation of the offer through to acceptance by the customer
  • Selection of new technologies with regard to applicability and customer benefit
  • Responsibility for work packages in the area of responsibility
  • Collaboration in the preparation of quotations with cost estimation and scheduling
  • Independent technical coordination and agreement within the area of responsibility
  • Mapping technical system requirements to the corresponding segments
  • Investigating feasibility and assigning application requirements
  • Describing the interfaces and defining the infrastructure
  • Specify system integration
  • Carry out self-testing of the system

Your Profile

  • Experience in the field of automation technology / electrical engineering
  • Experience in programming control systems (PLC)
  • Experience in drive technology
  • Ability to create concepts and designs from an environmental perspective
  • Ability to abstract and simplify
  • Ability to recognize dependencies
  • Knowledge of system integration
