Description:
Reporting to the Senior Development Engineer, this position is responsible for assisting with the technical review of Residential and Commercial land development applications ensuring compliance with General Municipal Servicing Standards, bylaws, and regulations during the approval process. This position oversees the construction of Municipal Infrastructure to ensure the obligations stipulated through the General Municipal Servicing Standards are fulfilled with respect to Multi Lot and Single Lot Subdivision.
