JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management/Construction or Architecture
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in development or project management (ideally industrial or logistics)
• Well versed with authority submission process and requirements
• Possess strong communication skills and stakeholder management
• Possess strong business acumen
• Experience in managing full development life cycle as a Project Lead

• Identify project risks and mitigation measures at all stages of project lifecycle
• Manage the development of design concepts
• Manage design efficiency costs optimisation and project timeline
• Liaise with relevant authorities for timely regulatory approval of projects
• Manage the tender and award processes
• Manage procurement process (selection of consultants, contractors, and vendors)
• Ensure the completion of projects within budget, schedule, and quality
• Prioritise on ESG considerations throughout the project
• Effectively manage cross functional projects teams
