Description:

We have an opportunity for a Development Manager to join the Master Planned Communities Development team in Melbourne.

Responsibilities:

THE OPPORTUNITY - ABOUT THE ROLE

This role has become available due to business growth. We currently have multiple opportunities across our national portfolio.
Working within a multi-disciplinary team, this role will be responsible for considering and driving strategy including capital partner relationships, significant stakeholder relationship management, and as a result will contribute to the procurement, scope and delivery of our projects.
This role is based from our Melbourne Head Office with the successful candidate having the flexibility to work between the CBD, project offices, and home.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively manage projects from conception to completion;
  • Continually monitor markets, including cultivating relationships;
  • Prepare and maintain financial models for current and prospective projects;
  • Lead/implement Residential Sustainability Policy at a project level
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
