We are currently looking for a Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

SUMMARY

The Development Manager will be responsible for managing the development of existing and new Real Estate projects. This position is responsible for the successful execution of projects on time and on budget. The Development Manager oversees the operational aspects of properties including implementing and managing the development of high-quality housing, from the earliest visioning stages through construction completion.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A degree or diploma in pre-construction project management, architectural design, planning or comparable education is preferred.
  • Proficient in creating project plans and deliverables for accuracy and timelines.
  • 3+ years in project management in development or comparable firm minimum.
  • Strategic thinker, able to attend to details while keeping big-picture goals in mind.
  • Able to understand, interpret and translate complex and /or technical concepts and ideas through written and verbal communication.
  • In-depth ability to review city comments and communicate to consultants to fulfill required conditions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills used to communicate strategic project objectives.
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task in order to manage diverse workloads of oneself and other team members, with competing timelines.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment, with limited guidance.
  • Strong ability in reviewing work done by others to ensure accuracy or assumptions.
  • Firm knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Able to be flexible and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software.
