Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for someone to oversee, support and promote our clients culture program, which is all about supporting a positive culture and promoting wellbeing. The program is well established, but we need someone to lead it - you will be responsible for planning new initiatives, promoting events and participate in ongoing training and development.
The program was designed to create a high performance culture, build a collaborative network and foster a safe and inclusive environment. Some of your day to day will include;
- Promote emotional, physical and social well-being of all team members.
- Encourage participation in the program and promote and encourage relevant program behaviours.
- Support organisational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Participate in the programs forums, meetings and training.
- Assist with planning and rollout of new program initiatives.
- Tracking the projects health and providing feedback to the projects and studies management teams.
