Responsibilities:

  • Leading the software development team (Backend, Frontend, Test)
  • Specification of development requirements based on business needs, breaking down into tasks
  • Short and long-term planning according to priorities, tracking the status of tasks in close collaboration with the overall project management
  • Ensuring information flow between Business analyst and Development team
  • Organising testing tasks and releases
  • Preparing status reports and summaries
  • Liaising with the support team
  • Ensuring proper process enforcement, suggesting ways to improve the efficiency of internal processes
  • Ensuring the professional development of the team
  • Motivating team members, team building
