Dans le cadre de ses ententes avec ses différents clients, Procom est actuellement à la recherche d’un Développeur senior en ingénierie de données pour une entreprise dans le domaine des assurances. Notre client est situé à Montréal.

DESCRIPTION DES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS – DÉVELOPPEUR SENIOR EN INGÉNIERIE DE DONNÉES

Les responsabilités du poste incluent :

• Participer à la conception, au développement et à la livraison de pipelines de données efficients, efficaces et sécurisés ;
• Participer à la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques de l’industrie ;
• Être un agent de changement qui développera la pratique d’ingénierie des données.

SENIOR DATA ENGINEERING DEVELOPER

As a part of its agreements with its various clients, Procom is currently seeking a Senior Data Engineering Developer for a company in the insurance sector. Our client is located in Montréal.

MANDATORY SKILLS – SENIOR DATA ENGINEERING DEVELOPER

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or any equivalent combination of training and experience;
• 8+ years’ experience in Software Engineering / Data Engineering / ETL development / Data Warehousing;
• Experience in Big Data and Cloud technologies for processing large volumes of data;
• Understanding of data management, security and data classification;
• Understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence;
• Strong proficiency in the Python programming language and the PySpark Framework;
• Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

• Participate in the design, development, and delivery of efficient, effective, and secure data pipelines;
• Participate in the implementation of industry best practices;
• Be an agent of change who will grow our data engineering practice to make our lab an industry benchmark
