Description:
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing business as a Device Analyst!
Reporting to the IT Desktop Manager, your key responsibilities will include providing support for the desktop estate across all computing devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones. You will manage the service desk tickets in your queue, providing timely updates to our user base, and ensure customer service excellence by monitoring tickets on our ticketing system and reviewing customer feedback. Your role will involve endpoint management, resolving incidents promptly, and maintaining best practices. You will also be responsible for maintaining effective documentation, configuration changes, and troubleshooting.
Additionally, you will deliver on key projects that help the business provide an improved service for our users, create and maintain software deployment packages and build images, and contribute to the overall asset management of devices. Working closely with colleagues on future technology changes, you will facilitate asset moves, changes, LAN patching, and cable management.
Please note: You will be required to travel locally across multiple sites
