Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of support and maintenance for Landis + Gyr AG Electricity Devices within the EMEA region
- Managing quality cases, CAPAs, interface to Quality and local technical support organizations
- Maintaining the KPIs as assigned by Business Unit Electricity
- Interfacing with Sales, Product Management and Operations teams to prioritize case work
- Collaborating with global teams to promote and develop process development and continuous improvement
- Providing global technical tender support for customer project
