Overview:
Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division is looking for an entry level DevOps Developer to add to our Software Infrastructure team. In this role, you will design, develop and implement systems that meet user needs for general and customizable test platforms. You will learn about our systems and utilize your knowledge of DevOps to build a truly extensible and full featured system; and to support an ever-increasing demand for automation and testing. Solve challenging problems related to enabling high capacity, high reliability, scalability, and configurability.
Hexagon Autonomy & Positioning divisions Software Infrastructure group is a small but growing team responsible for maintaining, improving, and developing automated test infrastructure used in the verification and validation of software and hardware products.
The Location: This hybrid position reports to the Calgary, AB office.
Responsibilities:
As a DevOps Developer, you will:
- Support, design, and develop all aspects of existing Jenkins / GitLab / GitHub based automated testing platform
- Identify tools and implement processes that can automate manual tasks
- Identify and solve testing infrastructure problems
- Build new testing infrastructure to support expanding demand and capacity throughout the entire organization
- Develop dashboards to present data for various stakeholders
