DevOps Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize CICD pipelines for streamlined change and release management processes
• Implement and operate monitoring and alerting tools
• Maintain configuration management, build, continuous integration, and deployment tools
• Design and implement production infrastructure architecture based on application requirements, ensuring scalability, availability, and security.
• Implement security practices that comply with standards to protect the organization’s data and infrastructure
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast paced environment
• Working in highly collaborative teams and building quality environments

Skills and Expertise

• 5+ years of relevant DevOps experience
• Hands-on experience working on AWS
• Hands-on experience with configuring automated build, test, and deployment pipelines to streamline the software delivery process.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with configuration management systems such as Terraform, Packer and Ansible
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience deploying and managing mission-critical applications in production environments.
• Hands-on experience in linux server administration, and shell scripting with Bash, and good to have other scripting languages
• Has knowledge with tools such as Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, ELK
• Experience with highly scalable distributed systems
• Breadth of knowledge - OS, networking, distributed computing, cloud computing

• Strong technical aptitude including excellent troubleshooting and communications skillsGood understanding and working knowledge of Agile projects such as SCRUM and KANBAN
