We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join us for a temporary project (3 months).
We can’t promise it will be easy, but it is exciting and most importantly – FUN.
Let’s get down to business.
What you’ll do:
- CI/CD Pipeline Enhancement: Conduct a comprehensive review of the current CI/CD pipelines to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Implement optimizations to accelerate build, test, and deployment cycles while maintaining high quality and security standards.
- Automation and Integration: Focus on automating manual processes and ensuring seamless integration of all components in the CI/CD pipeline. This includes automating testing, code quality checks, and deployment processes to support continuous integration and continuous deployment.
- Deployment Strategy Development: Establish advanced, reliable deployment strategies that accommodate multiple environments. This includes managing environment configurations and promoting code through stages in a controlled manner.
- Collaboration and Best Practices: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and DevOps best practices. Provide guidance and share knowledge to enhance team capabilities in managing CI/CD processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in DevOps roles, with a proven track record of technical expertise.
- Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies
- Experience in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Go, or Java.
- Deeply understand DevOps and GitOps principles, CI/CD methodologies, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform or Crossplane.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud services, particularly AWS, including best practices in security and compliance.
