Description:

DEVOPS ENGINEER

Currently seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a well established cloud team. You will be responsible for building, delivering, and maintaining corporate and product infrastructure while automating tasks and implementing CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain on-premise and cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Configuration Management tools such as Ansible
  • Automate IT, corporate, and product maintenance tasks through python scripting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and deliver innovative solutions
  • Contribute to technical planning, mentor team members, and create comprehensive documentation

Required Skills:

  • Experience working with infrastructure automation and cloud technologies
  • Strong proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins pipelines
  • Excellent scripting abilities
  • Solid understanding of network infrastructure topologies
  • Proven problem-solving and coordination skills across teams

For this role, my client are looking to bring someone on with a starting salary of £50k.
This is a hybrid role with office visits required twice a week to the Cardiff office.
