Do you have capabilities within the below environments: (essential)

• Infrastructure: (Ansible/Chef, Kubernetes, Terraform, FINOPS)
• IAM ( LDAP, Federate identities, Roles & Access Management.)
• Service Management: Incidents Monitoring, manage SLAs, problem management reporting, ITIL
• Ops: Azure Cloud, Linux and Shell, Tomcat, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Logstash, Influx DB, Dynatrace, Oracle, Postgres, Management of Keys, Certificates and Secrets
• Development: Java, Spring Framework, Quarkus, unit testing, REST, Swagger, Jira, Confluence, Python: Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.

Some of the exciting duties the successful candidate would need to carry out:

• Operate and uphold the Codebeamer platform.
• Collaborate with feature team members to analyze systems, design, develop, and test technical products or applications within an agile/DevOps framework. Emphasize automating environments, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines.
• Establish, construct, and configure new development tools and infrastructure for both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Automate infrastructure patching and maintenance procedures.
• Innovate methods for automating and enhancing development and release workflows.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to construct disposable test environments and implement automated testing.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to fortify systems against cybersecurity threats.
• Coordinate with Software Developers and Engineers to ensure adherence to established processes and functionality.
• Enhance code integration across teams.
• Provide middleware support and configure management for application-dependent software like Webservers, Java, and Docker.
• Develop tools to minimize errors and enhance Developer and customer satisfaction.
• Create scripts and monitoring systems to analyze and visualize vital metrics related to development processes.
• Create scripts and monitoring systems to analyze and visualize crucial metrics regarding reliability and availability.
• Support operational excellence objectives through comprehensive operations expertise. Address escalated support issues as part of tier-3 DevOps responsibilities to guarantee optimal availability of critical applications.
• Strategize and implement upgrades for existing applications, tools, and features. Employ cloud-native toolchains to devise solutions and address challenges, ensuring top-tier uptime and business flexibility.
