This position will help our client start the design and implementation of a state-of-the-art Azure / Databricks data platform which will implement the medallion architecture with bronze, silver, and golden data objects. Currently, the main data platform is implemented in SAP Hana, meaning that the project will also have to run a complex and extensive migration from SAP to Azure. Within this program. We are looking for an experienced hands-on Tech Lead / DevOps Engineer (CI/CD) who can guide us, in building and maintaining a stable and reliable data platform, the Life & Pensions Data Analytics Platform (LPDAP).

• You are responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure and applications for ETL and data warehousing.
• You provide CDaaS services to your customer group, which mainly consists of data engineers and data analysts. You are experienced in setting up robust code deployments across the DTAP environments and prioritize methodologies such as automated testing and observability.
• You’ll work closely with your customers to ensure that their systems are always up-to-date and functioning properly. You strive to ensure platform stability and improve the effectiveness of the CI/CD pipelines. Because of your expertise and involvement in the entire process, you are able to quickly detect and solve problems.
• You like to proactively make improvement proposals to your customers as well as the product owner and architect. In addition, you will be able to give instructions and advice to different target groups on the use of the infrastructure and the CI/CD pipelines.
• You are proficient with tools such as Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and scripting languages such as Python or Bash
