BONUS SKILLS:

• Basic experience with (MS)SQL and RabbitMQ
• Experience with IIS and Nginx
• Knowledge how t-shoot WEB app related errors (5xx, 4xx errors, exceptions troubleshooting)
• IaaC experience (Terraform, etc.)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Intermedia is looking for its next DevOps Engineer to join a growing and high-pace environment, while working within a great team culture that supports each other. In this role, you will be a part of the Unite Desktop team that develops and supports a main customer-facing Intermedia messaging application called Unite. This application is provided to a majority of Intermedia’s clients as a service to the end users. It includes web application and electronic desktop application. If you are looking to further expand, build and challenge yourself in the career of a DevOps Engineer – this role is for you!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Support of CI/CD processes based on Azure DevOps yaml configuration
• Manage configuration setup from scratch via Ansible
• Development and support of team’s infrastructure in Azure cloud
• Scripting and automation of weak points
• Communicate with external teams in terms of dependencies for maintenance and new deployments
• Provide improvements for current infrastructure, monitoring and reliability
• Communicate with the Development and Quality Assurance teams to understand their needs and improve infrastructure accordingly

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• 2+ years of DevOps experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience with Windows and Linux
• Experience with CI/CD (ideally Azure DevOps, Octopus)
• Good knowledge of TCP\IP, DNS, HTTP(S)
• Configuation and deployment of Web Applications
• Experience with infrastructure in a cloud (Azure, AWS, etc.)
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with script automation (i.e. Powershell, Bash, Python, Perl)
• Experience with configuration management (i.e. Ansible, Chef)
• Experience with monitoring tools (i.e. Grafana, Azure Application Insights)
• Experience with logging tools (i.e. ElasticSearch, Graylog)
• Experience with Azure (Application Insights)
• English level B2 (upper intermediate) or higher
