Description:

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE REQUIRE:

  • Proficient in RHEL (min. RHCE level) for design, build, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of IP networking protocols, technologies, and tools.
  • Experience with Ansible for automating tasks.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages for automation and optimization.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Delivery tools for process automation.
  • Understanding of Vulnerability Management and Change Management Processes.
  • Experience with Windows Server OS and database engines such as MSSQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Ali) with a focus on automation.
  • Experience in implementing cloud-based database solutions.
  • Proficiency in observability tools like Splunk, xMatters, etc.
  • Skilled in maintaining highly scalable and resilient platforms and applications.
  • Familiarity with virtualization, containers, and secret and source code management tools.
  • Experience working in Agile teams using Jira and ServiceNow for incident and change management.
  • Proficiency in coding, scripting (bash, Python), SQL, and Git.
    Please note: This position may require the candidate to visit the Krakow office several times a year.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead DevOps delivery, encompassing the setup and upkeep of environments supporting internal projects.
  • Construct and manage large-scale database systems, both on-premises and in the cloud.
  • Automate workflows and processes to ensure system integrity and efficiency.
  • Implement observability measures including logging, monitoring, and alerting to manage incidents effectively and prevent user impact.
  • Conduct operational management tasks such as root cause analysis and service delivery management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Cybersecurity and IT teams to develop and maintain protective solutions.
  • Drive innovation within the Cybersecurity team for both routine and strategic projects.
  • Mentor and support colleagues within the Cybersecurity DevOps community.
  • Maintain and update documentation as required.
