IT Program/Project Management: Experienced in software full life-cycle development, leading cross-functional teams on complex delivery, quality assurance and incident management of software systems/applications. Collaborates excellently with business and technical resources on release management processes, facilitating resource identification/scheduling, environment readiness reviews and build/deploy validations.
Processes/Best Practices: Champions process improvements and enforcement of system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices. Adept in developing, publishing and managing standard operating procedures and templates; works well with delivery team to ensure consistency and accuracy in product development and adherence to established standards and methodologies. Excel at client-interfacing, communications, reporting and issue management
