Description:
about the role
- Oversee the management of IT infrastructure across multiple cloud environments (AWS, GCP, etc) and on-prem servers
- Champion best practices for software development and deployment, enforcing code quality and ensuring swift, secure and reliable releases
- Lead activities related to security, patch management, and vulnerability assessments, upholding up-to-date and secure software and infrastructure
- Continous improvement of monitoring tools and practices
- Design and implement DevOps platform such as CMDB
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of deployed services (including application architecture, infrastructure, and dependencies)
- Implement security controls, best practices and configuration management
- Drive DevSecOps best practices, build and execute DevSecOps roadmap
- Lead technical discussions with external partners such as cloud service providers
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
- At least 8 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with at least 2 years in a leading role
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS and GCP
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, etc
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Elasticsearch, Zabbix, Open-Falcon, Grafana, Prometheus
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of network security, host security and data security
- Master at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or similar
- Familiarity with security standards such as ISO27001 is a plus
- Passion in decentralized services is a plus
