QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in application security and DevSecOps practices;
• Proficiency in security testing tools and techniques;
• Expertise in security architecture and risk management;
• Advanced knowledge of OT Security and cloud security principles;
• Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms and secure software development life cycle;
• Salesforce expertise is highly valued;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both oral and written.

• Support business teams in implementing security into projects;
• Assist security officers (IT and business) on security topics related to team perimeter;
• Ensure continuous security compliance, including remediation and improvement plans, and periodic reporting;
• Enhance overall security knowledge of stakeholders through awareness and training;
• Manage cyber security incidents and contribute to resolving major incidents or crises;
• Define and implement a security strategy based on risks, threat landscape, technology evolution, and Group IT strategy;
• Lead cyber security projects in coordination with Group Digital & IT teams;
• Participate in the Application Security (AppSec) community;
• Contribute to security standardization by defining and promoting security rules and baselines.
