ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

CloudRAN PEU EE&S pipeline services team leads the way in providing the best developer experience and making continuous delivery of Cloud RAN value to customers possible. The pipeline services team is intended for developing, maintaining, and supporting CI/CD infrastructure, CI/CD flows, data visualization, and security to support the development of cloud-native applications which are built using container technology and orchestrated using Kubernetes. This new development methodology aligns Ericsson with the industry direction, enabling faster time to market through instant reuse, and collaboration and providing an opportunity for early alignment across Ericsson applications.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevSecOps Product Owner to lead the development and implementation of secure software delivery practices within our organization. The ideal candidate will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of DevSecOps initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that security is integrated into every stage of the software development lifecycle. Your mission as a PO is to streamline the day-to-day work by owning the prioritized backlog aligning with various stakeholders and representing the team at various forums. Main interfaces: Strategic Product Managers, System Architects, DevOps Teams & Line Management, Scrum Masters, and Customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Engineering Environment & Services initiatives, aligning them with the organization’s business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including development, program, production systems, security, and operations teams, to prioritize and manage the backlog of features and initiatives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Pipeline Services team, ensuring that all requirements and priorities are clearly understood and incorporated into the product development process.
  • Drive the adoption of DevSecOps best practices, tools, and processes across the organization, promoting a culture of continuous security improvement.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to security, such as vulnerability resolution time, compliance posture, and security incident response metrics.
  • Work closely with security, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure that DevSecOps practices align with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of DevSecOps initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress, impact, and value delivered through DevSecOps initiatives.
  • Defines the service scope and Service Level Agreement (SLA) with our suppliers.
  • Creates and maintains product information (PPM, IT Service Catalog, PRIM, system documentation, release notes and end-user documentation).
  • Contributes to a collaborative and stimulating work environment.
