Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The successful applicant will have proven strategic ability to collaborate with pathology and clinical opinion leaders to develop and execute activities to optimise the provision of timely, high quality diagnostic solutions. You will have a strong background in oncology and knowledge of the registration, regulatory and reimbursement requirements relating to co-dependent diagnostics in this setting. You will possess a strong track record of cross functional collaboration and problem solving with internal and external stakeholders to co-develop diagnostics strategy. You will demonstrate advanced communication and organisations skills as well as excellence in project management.
ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE
- A deep understanding of the science behind diagnostics including an understanding of a range of diagnostic techniques, platforms and applications.
- Understanding of the market-specific diagnostic testing environment, including the science, process, potential barriers and necessary commercial touch points in developing and implementing a treatment dependant diagnostic solution.
- Have detailed knowledge of the interconnected oncology ecosystem of patients, advocacy groups, regulators, payers & HCPs and their influence on the testing pathway.
- Proven experience with a broad base of external stakeholders including pathologists and diagnostic providers.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, set direction, strategy, generate commitment, balance short and long term needs, constructively resolve issues.
