Responsibilities:
- Checking and recording patients’ vitals before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
- Ensure all dialysis equipment is safe, complete and fully operational during and after each use
- Responsible for proper cleaning, sterilizing and storing of reused dialyzers
- Responsible to monitor and record patient’s vital signs during treatment and report any abnormality to staff in charge.
- Assist other staffs and doctors during treatment and examination of patients on treatment.Perform other duties as assigned by Head Nurse.
