ABOUT THE JOB

We are currently looking for an experienced, self-motivated Dietician to provide nutrition advice, feeding support, and product information for all Nutricia products.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Delivering a high standard of consumer experience
• Passionately and empathetically providing expert advice, education, and support for consumers and HCPs seeking assistance with Nutricia products and/or general feeding, enteral feeding, nutrition, metabolic conditions, allergy, and intolerance advice.
• Managing stock-related enquiries to provide a solution to the patient, consumer, or HCP and liaising internally to ensure the best outcomes for both the business and consumer/patient/HCP.
• Managing initial enquiries and concerns about product complaints.
• Processing and fulfilling sample products for evaluation in partnership with external HCPs where requested.
• Accurately recording information to ensure key consumer insights are captured with a view to influencing future business strategies and plans.
• Supporting content development for consumer and HCP websites.
• Supporting education and launch events as needed.

You have proven expertise in nutrition support with high level of energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation, and go above and beyond job role to deliver added value to the business. You take accountability for delivering quality and continuous improvement. You are a supportive team player who builds collaborative working relationships.
