Description:

THIS INCLUDES:

  • Delivering high quality evidenced based Dietetic clinical services to patients/consumers in a community or residential care setting within a highly functioning multidisciplinary team.
  • Contribution to the advancement of quality Dietetic services and optimal patient care, through provision of service development, quality improvement, and clinical education.
  • Monitoring and reporting on work practices and outcomes, including initiating, planning and evaluating relevant quality and research initiatives.
  • To provide supervision and training to less experienced (HP3) clinicians, students and to Allied Health Assistants (AHA’s)
  • The position may be required to work across the three campuses and provide care to clients in both the community and residential care settings.

The purpose of this role is to deliver senior Dietetic services within the Rehab@Home service and the broader Metro South Health@Home team.
