THE MONDAY GROUP have been exclusively retained on a Dietitian assignment for a leading, national facilities management company.
The role will provide high-level nutritional support and advice to Hospitality and Catering, which spans 22 locations and delivers over 300,000 meals per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement healthy menu plans for a significant catering contract, ensuring a variety of balanced meals.
- Educate and influence on the principles of healthy eating and dietary guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure meals meet specific dietary requirements and preferences.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of menu items to ensure nutritional balance and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead educational campaigns and workshops to promote healthy eating and awareness of dietary trends among the clients and staff.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on special diets, food allergies, and other dietary considerations.
- Work closely with the client to understand their needs and ensure our catering services align with their expectations.
