The Digital Account Manager will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, managing expectations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Account Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, including analytics platforms, project management tools, and CRM systems.
