We have won some new projects and are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our performance marketing team! Someone who is driven, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and unafraid to push the boundaries in Digital Media.
You’ll be working with a dynamic and creative team of graphic designers, web developers, social media managers, digital strategists, project managers and paid search specialists across major clients in Australia.

Working alongside our Head of Paid Media media, you will be helping to coordinate and deliver a wide range of projects from e-commerce marketing to social media campaigns, conversion optimisation, paid search and a combination of all of the above! You will…

  • Managing clients, setting expectations, communicating briefs, managing ROI; being the conduit for GrowthOps Digital
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and manage the opportunities through to delivery
  • Translate client briefs into comprehensive implementation recommendations which maximise return on investment
  • Strategically manage budgets and profitability of projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular contact, meetings, phone calls and emails.
  • Report on performance metrics, and capable of presenting results to clients
