Description:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Proven track record in managing digital projects, with expertise in SEO, responsive design, and digital marketing strategies.
Strong written and communication skills to engage clients and team members effectively.
Proficiency in various CMSs (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Statamic, Shopify) and digital tools (Looker, Twilio, Zapier, Make).
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google / Microsoft Ads, and social media analytics platforms.
Ability to lead and manage project teams to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Minimum of four years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the advertising or digital marketing industry.
Must have own transport

Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY:

The digital account lead role merges digital project management expertise with a strategic, client-focused approach. This position requires a deep understanding of digital trends, technologies, and advancements to deliver innovative solutions. The digital account lead leads projects from conception to completion, acting as the main liaison between clients, design, and development teams to ensure projects meet strategic objectives and client expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Stay updated on emerging digital trends, technologies, and advancements to drive innovation in projects.
Lead digital projects such as website builds, SEO processes, and custom HTML email campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing relationships and communications throughout project lifecycles.
Collaborate with design and development teams for seamless project execution, including responsive design, Google Tag Manager setup, and web server management.
Ensure KPIs are met for clients and provide performance reports.
Present proposals to clients for approval, driving new business and strategic initiatives to grow key accounts.
Ensure all content and outputs meet quality standards before client submission.
Assist in forming digital strategies and proposals to enhance the digital offering.
