Cumulus Media | Atlanta is looking for an energetic, outgoing Digital Accounts Manager to develop and execute amazing digital marketing client campaigns across Websites, Social, E-Mail, Online Radio, and Mobile platforms via programmatic and owned and operated properties. The ideal Digital Accounts Manager will be directly responsible for executing best-in-class digital marketing campaigns behind the scenes and supporting our team of Account Executives to understand the results. Additionally, you will also provide ongoing performance-based digital strategy, sales support, campaign management, and assistance in presenting multi-channel, tactical digital solutions that include:

  • Performance Digital Marketing
  • Audio Streaming
  • Podcast Advertising
  • Display Advertising
  • Programmatic Strategies
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Online Presence Solutions
  • OTT and Video Advertising
  • Paid Search Engine Marketing
  • Email Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with the Digital Director, their agency and local clients to deliver the full view of the client relationship and management of all post-sale tasks, needs and opportunities including but not limited to kick off calls, campaign optimization, setup and management, reporting, client communication, graphic design and creative oversight.
  • Manage the organization, process, and delivery of digital campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative strategies and innovative solutions that meet client needs and goals – raise awareness around high-risk campaigns and/or high-profile clients, up-sells opportunities leveraging historical data and insights.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze and translate campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement to meet client goals.
  • Oversee ongoing internal reporting and account trackers in order to provide ongoing details about account health, project timelines, growth opportunities, monthly billing, etc.
  • Support strategic agency projects as needed (like onboarding a new platform, researching new products/partners, or setting up new offerings in our planning tools)
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and knowledge with clients and internal teams.

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of digital marketing/advertising account management responsibilities required; direct industry or advertising agency experience highly preferred.
  • Self-starter with a desire to take their passion for design and knowledge of emerging digital trends and apply it to serve the needs of our radio station brands clients.
