The Role You Could Play:
As a Digital Analyst, you will use web analytics tools to identify opportunities to uncover insights and opportunities across our digital platforms and merchandising, customer experience and marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining tracking to deliver insights to the business and support the broader team to review and analyse campaign performance against KPIs.
As part of the Digital Analytics team, you will work in an agile environment and will deeply understand the power of data to generate quality customer insights through Tableau report building to manage information, identify trends and make decisions. As a key member of the team, you will be working on a variety of analytical challenges in support of complete omnichannel customer experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver analysis to provide valuable customer insights and opportunities
  • Monitor performance against digital targets
  • Data governance & platform ownership

What You Will Bring:
You will have previous experience in digital analytics, preferably within the e-Commerce or retail space and be competent in web analytics tools, preferably Google Analytics. You will be passionate about delivering comprehensive, compelling and actionable insights to a variety of teams across the business to assist in decision making.

You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Highly experienced and competent in web analytics tools, preferably Google Analytics
  • Experience in using Tag Management tools (preferably Google Tag Manager)
  • Experience in delivering and continually improving performance dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio and Tableau
  • Experience in data mining using SQL across platforms such as Big Query, Snowflake and other data platforms will be highly regarded
  • Experience in using qualitative research tools will be highly regarded
  • Experience working in an agile environment will be highly regarded
