DIGITAL ANALYTICS LEAD

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

We are looking for an experienced Lead level Analyst who can provide thought leadership for the team, and build high quality stakeholder relationships to deliver business outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who can bring a strong data driven background, inquisitiveness, attention to detail and proven experience in using web analytics and tagging tools.

  • Proven ability to identify and deliver CX and targeting improvements that drive commercial outcomes
  • Sound knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products, in particular Adobe Analytics
  • Highly proficient in data query and manipulation (advanced level SQL)
  • Experienced in advanced analytics by utilising knowledge of statistical analyses using R/Python.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong data visualisation and communication skills (both written & verbal) - ability to translate complex findings and results into a compelling narrative.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationshipsAbility to prioritise and work well in a pressured situations

Responsibilities:

The Digital Analytics Lead role is critical in the evolution of idX as we optimise Digital Experience to assist with customer’s online and instore shops. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to optimise the digital performance of products to enable easier navigation of our website for customers and drive higher product conversion. In addition to generating what is happening, the Digital Analytics Lead will shed light onto what is driving performance and what we can do about it in order to have a material impact on digital experience and conversion rate.

  • Partner cross functionally with strategy, product, content and marketing teams to deliver insights to optimise the Web and App Digital Experience.
  • Proactively analyse and identify opportunities which may increase website conversions across different propositions, marketing channels and customer cohorts.
  • To provide optimisation opportunities to drive increased uptake of various propositions, eCommerce revenue and engagement - liaise with the CRO team for any testing opportunities.
  • As we build capabilities, identify opportunities to create efficiencies. e.g automation, process changes, removal of low/no-value elements.
  • To ensure data collection is robust through ongoing tagging to ensure accurate data is available and liaise with the data implementation team to resolve any issues.
  • Be an advocate of analytics and work with other teams to ensure they keep analytics in mind when developing new features.Provide thought leadership to other analysts in the team on digital measurement and analytics techniques.
