Description:

The Digital Analytics team serves as the gate keeper of data-driven insights, fueling our revenue growth strategy, and providing omnichannel view of the digital customer journey and reporting leveraging on advanced technologies. As a Digital Analytics Specialist, your primary responsibility encompasses the end-to-end digital data process. This includes defining KPIs, organizing digital data collection, visualizing and analysing digital and sales data. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating insightful reports, dashboards, and conducting complex analyses to drive informed decision-making.

  • A previous experience in an e-business\/digital environment in digital data process is preferred;
  • Fluent English (written and spoken);
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Digital, Business Administration, Marketing;
  • Strong skills in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics;
  • Experience in measurement of digital experimentation, particularly AB testing;
  • Nice to have: knowledge of BI tools such as SAP BO, Zenz, Qliksense, Microsoft Power BI and Adobe Target;
  • Intellectual curiosity, problem-solving mindset, attention to detail and team player;
  • Ability to establish effective communication between stakeholders and deliver engaging oral presentations.
  • Data Analysis: Delve into the browsing behaviours of our website users to gain insights into the performance of our digital touchpoints. Additionally, conduct thorough analyses of overall markets performance and sales trends;
  • Insights and Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and insights tailored for internal and external stakeholders. These reports provide valuable information on digital performance, aiding in strategic decision-making and facilitating informed decisions at all levels of the organization;
  • Data Visualization and communication: Develop visually compelling dashboards for enhanced digital and sales data visualization. Communicate complex quantitative analyses to diverse audiences, promoting a data-driven approach within the Digital department;
  • AB Testing, Experimentation, and Personalization: Support the implementation of AB tests, and create audiences for tailored user experiences. Analyse the results independently and communicate conclusions effectively to inform strategic decisions;
  • Website Enhancements Tracking: Define KPIs and associated data layer events to assess the integration of new website features, to ensure thorough analysis of user interactions and the efficacy of functionalities.
