SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking an expert Digital and Analytical Manager to drive digital innovation and analytical excellence at our Villawood manufacturing site. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading the digital transformation across the site. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, digital transformation, and data analytics.
REQUIRED (EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED, LANGUAGE SKILLS, ETC) :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical attitude with experience in using data to inform business decisions and drive improvements.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on data analytics.

Responsibilities:
- Own the digital transformation initiatives at the manufacturing site, ensuring flawless integration of digital technologies with operational processes.
- Find opportunities for process automation and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for the digital and analytical capabilities of the manufacturing site, aligning with the organisation’s overall objectives.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to drive process improvements, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and quality to find opportunities for digital initiatives and support team members to prioritise implementation.
- Cultivate a culture of data-driven decision-making, demonstrating advanced analytics to support critical initiatives and day-to-day operations.
- Ensure that digital solutions and analytical practices implement to industry standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Act as the primary liaison between the manufacturing site and Divisional teams/GIT, ensuring alignment of digital strategies and effective communication of site-specific needs.
