Description:

We are currently searching for an experienced Digital and Ecommerce Manager to join the team at our beautiful head office based in Alexandria. This role is a parental leave cover, full time for 9 months from September 2024.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive online sales and profit through the implementation of a cohesive online strategy.
  • Ensure the customer’s online experience reflects our brands core values.
  • Accountable for the online P&L, ensuring all expenditure is in line with profit targets.
  • Ensure a best in class customer journey through our sales channel aligned with B&M and Wholesale.
  • Drive Brand and Product opportunities with stakeholders using case studies and analytics.
  • Manage site performance through extensive testing, analytics and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain a clear merchandising strategy and schedule for all online product releases.
  • Review and improve online content based on engagement and analytics data.
  • Perform competitor analysis to ensure effective and informed decision-making.
  • Manage all agency relationships across site enhancements and digital marketing.
  • Accountable for the strategic development, implementation and management of the International Online Strategy.
  • Implement clear and effective procedures across customer service and fulfilment.
  • Accountable for the strategic development, implementation and management of the Assembly Label CRM strategy.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends and current technologies.Responsible for the management and development of the digital and ecommerce team and customer care.
