ABOUT THE ROLE ️

Reporting directly to the APAC Digital Authentication Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Authenticator Associate of our pre-loved luxury products.
Your mission is to lead and oversee the team while adhering to our processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You lead, manage, supervise, and develop a team in their daily activities, both collectively and individually.
• Quality & Performance: monitoring, analyzing, and driving productivity, deadline management, adherence to operational procedures, customer contact rate control, and incident management at both the overall and individual levels.
• You hire and define needs with your manager and oversee training, with the assistance of experts for expertise.
• You maintain clear and continuous communication within the team but also with the other Team Leaders.
• You will always elevate presence and be well aware of operational issues and needs.
• You will be the bridge of trust/communication between stakeholders and the team. Ensure transparent communication with the team while proposing innovative solutions to your manager.
