Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Digital Automation Lead will be responsible for the holistic direction of automation, overseeing the management of applications, tools, platforms and services encompassing UiPath, MS Power Platform and related technologies. They will steer platform governance, constructing pivotal technology roadmaps, and propelling automation technologies to amplify productivity.

YOUR OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL FOCUS ON…

  • Leading a team of automaton specialists, providing guidance, setting clear objectives and fostering a motivate and productive team culture
  • Maximising the contribution of the wider Process Automation Team on business objectives and realising their potential
  • Taking an active lead in the design and delivery of the Process Automation solution, ensuring the platform remains fit for purpose in order to enable Process Automation across the organisation
  • Managing the administration of the Process Automation platform including robot resource management, configuration, licensing and access to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Identifying, contributing and delivering continuous service improvement for the automation catalogue to optimise efficiency, resolve incidents and understand root cause of issues
  • Training, coaching and mentoring team members to help design Process Automation solutions through the use of new and existing technologies

  • Hold UiPath Advanced Training and Microsoft Power Platform certification
