Responsibilities:
- Analyse and capture the OT landscape and underlying processes used in production in order to fuel further improvements initiatives (i.e. digitalization, automation, optimization, synergies)
- Digital Strategy Development: Collaborating with senior management to develop a digital strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives. This involves understanding the current state of IT and OT systems and identifying opportunities for digital transformation
- Assess systematically the potential for OT-based automation and synergies across BENEO’s business units and support the implementation of related projects in order to continuously improve the production activities, through IT/OT systems and processes
- Optimize the tools and systems related to the assigned area (i.e. automation system, digital toolbox) to ensure business requirements are reflected
- Ensure the coordination and collaboration with BENEO/SZ IT-Department and CRDS, support the development of best-practices, propose improvement ideas and manage improvement projects, to ensure all OT systems and projects are SZ-wide applicable
- Coordinate the implementation of an OT security framework in order to ensure continuous protection of data, systems and processes.
