The candidate will be a member of the IT PM/BE Asia team, which manages and delivers the business project portfolio to support the Bank’s growth strategy in Asia. Key features of the role and responsibilities include business analysis, requirements gathering, create detailed user stories, stake holder management, project management for smaller initiatives and change management. The Business Analyst works closely aligned with the Business Transformation, IT Project Leads and Developers to deliver projects end-to-end.

• Should be aware of key digital trends in Private Banking.
• Should be aware of the business case/process and should be capable to convert into Digital Trends.
• Come up with innovative ideas to improve the Banking application /process with respect to Digital Trends.
• Support preparation of business case and project planning.
• Lead requirements gathering phase and deliver signed off User Stories.
• Ensure all deliver available in signed off are converted in respective user stories which can be understood by technical teams.
• Ensure that all required deliverables are provided on-time and on-quality, in case of delay do timely escalations.
• Issue regular & accurate status reports and institute progress meetings to keep stakeholders informed.
• Manage interactions and communication with stakeholders.
• Work with environment and deployment teams for timely production delivery (raise necessary set up activity).
• Closely work with Product Owner and manage the product back log efficiently
