EXPERIENCE AND ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • Proven experience (5 years minimum) in digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM and content marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and effective content
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics)
  • Interest in the health and wellness industry
  • Hunger for trying new things and challenging the status quo
  • Demonstrated capacity to develop relationships and effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work under pressure and determine work priorities without compromising attention to detail
  • Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Commitment to the process of continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

As we continue to expand our digital presence and engage with our franchisees and members in innovative ways, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Brand Manager to join our team. As the Digital Brand Manager for our Collective Wellness Group brands, you will play a key role in assisting with the implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, business growth. As an integral member of the digital marketing team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing while contributing to the success of both brands.
