JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean only.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related fields.
- Prior experience of at least 4 years in IT business analysis, designing application solutions, and testing, or related.
- Experience in AWS cloud (AWS-related certification will be an added advantage).
- Experience with Confluence and JIRA will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management.
- Working experience in Agile methodologies (Related certification will be an added advantage).
- Previous involvement in government projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
- Elicit and manage the stakeholder’s business requirements and translate them into detailed requirements documents, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Works closely with Project Manager/Product Owner on project schedule, issues andescalation.
- Work closely with UX designers to plan and organize research activities such as product conceptualization workshops and Usability Testing.
- Work with Quality Engineer and business users to plan performance testing of the system.
- Work with Quality Engineer and business users to plan for UAT, coordinate and monitor progress and acceptance of UAT, and manage defects as needed.
- Organize the product backlog by extensively gathering and analysing information with stakeholders and participate in crafting Functional/Design specifications.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
