Description:
Objectives: Develop and execute the omnichannel strategy and roadmap for our affiliate in line with our portfolio’s priorities, involving all relevant external and internal stakeholders Drive reporting for commercial performance tracking, turning data into insights and help the affiliate to take the best decision Contribute to the strategic plan of the affiliate improving sales forecasting and targets setting for the countries of our region Responsabilities: Manage a team of 2 people and lead an entity acting on 2 main work fronts Digital Structure the omnichannel strategy to transform sales & marketing plans into personalized digital campaigns aligned with our brands’ needs and our customer preferences.Unleash full potential of existing digital solutions and implement new corporate solutions for HCPs and patients partnering with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Market access, Legal, Regulatory) Responsible for delivering analysis, insights, and recommendations to sales & marketing leaders to drive increased HCP Omnichannel promotional performance Budget monitoring and evaluation of ROI to align initiatives with organizational goals Ensure compliance of our digital communication with Servier’s Internal procedures and with the regulations imposed by the laws of our territories.Business Intelligence Improve sales forecasting to help the affiliate top line monitoring Structure the targets’ setting process for the different countries of the region and supervise the creation of necessary tools Collect and detect internal clients’ needs for reporting Supervise the evolution of our data model and visualization tools Ensure all internal stakeholders receive appropriate trainings Responsible for all internal and external commercial data sources. Identify and evaluate third party data sources to identify most appropriate data required to support business decisions
