Do you have a passion for transforming digital products and services? We’re looking for someone with strategic thinking, curiosity and user-empathy to join our team as a Digital Capabilities Product Owner. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of how we operate our product offerings, working closely with the Lead Digital Capabilities Product Owner and other key stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU
You will have:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven or education environment
- Strong understanding of business operations, processes, and systems.
- Experience working with internal users and cross-functional teams to develop software solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in leveraging data to drive decision-making and deliver business insights.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Product Strategy and Planning: Collaborate on the vision and strategy for the capabilities that enable us to operate our digital products to delight our customers and support our business. Develop a roadmap for new features and enhancements, and engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the Lead Digital Capabilities Product Owner and the wider product team to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with overall objectives.
- Product Delivery: Focus your team on achieving business and product outcomes to deliver our strategy.
- Business Change, Readiness, and Transition: Enable launch of new features through effective communication and readiness activities.
