• Strategic development of a comprehensive learning strategy that will support the development of digital skills and experiences that will support the organisational strategy and vision;
• Content creation and curation of engaging learning content;
• Evaluation, selection, and management of appropriate technological L&D tools;
• Supporting on instructional design to align best practices and experiences, collaborating with subject matter experts to support application;
• Training and supporting the business on how to adopt new digital pathways;
• Working with leaders to uplift capability and create change champions in particular within the Digital, Data and Technology teams; and
• Reporting on performance and working with business leaders to track and evaluate effectiveness and progress, bending and shifting in line with changing priorities and feedback
